Cancellation Policy
If you no longer wish to receive our services you contact us any time and let us know by sending a message. Once a payment is cancelled, we will continue to do the services that were paid for with the most recent payment until the expiration of your most recent payment. If you wish for us to stop our services before the expiration, then simply let us know and we will stop services immediately.

Refund Policy
Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds for those who pay monthly as our services not only take time to complete each day, but the initial set up of the service also takes time, our time that cannot be returned. Any months of service you received, including the current month, cannot be refunded. Simply cancel when you no longer wish to receive any given service so that future payments are not made. The only exception would be if you cancel immediately (within 48 hours) after a payment went through.

Twitter Management Services
In order to receive services from Austin Media Slingers, you must supply us with the login credentials of your Twitter account on the signup page after payment. That is, your username and password. We cannot do any services for you on your behalf without being able to actually log-in to your account.

Austin Media Slingers, its owner, and/or anyone working for Austin Media Slingers, is not responsible for your account getting hacked or suspended. Your password is safe with us and we promise that we are doing everything in our power to remain within Twitter's vague regulations of a Social Media Manager.

Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds for those who pay monthly as this is a service that takes time that cannot be returned. Prorated refunds less the cancellation fee can occur if you unsubscribe one month or more in advance if you have ordered the 12 month plan. Any months of service you received, including the current month, cannot be refunded, but any remaining months minus the cancellation fee will be returned to you.

The cancellation fee applies to those who cancel early after ordering the 12 month plan. The cancellation fee is 25% of the most current balance for all 12 month contract services. According to what you have ordered, and based on when you cancel, your refund will not include the cancellation fee(s), or the current month or previous months of service(s) that have been done for you. 12 month plan orders that are cancelled more than one month in advance will receive a refund of only the future months not serviced minus the cancellation fee(s).

We cannot guarantee any certain number of followers and we cannot be held responsible for any lack of followers or what types of followers you receive. Success varies greatly on many factors such as niche (this is the biggest factor), the ability for you (or Austin Media Slingers) to connect with your followers, how active your account is, how un-spammy your account seems, your profile pic (default eggs don't get as many followers and are frowned upon), even your name or username, and more. The average followback is 20%, but it can be more or less depending on any number of things.

Austin Media Slingers, as a company or business, or its owner, employees, partners, or contractors, are not and cannot be held responsible for a twitter account suspension. Suspensions can be caused for any number of reasons including a glitch on Twitter's side of things.
